John Lewis set to open in Swindon 

Home furnishings store planned for Mannington

 

John Lewis has chosen Swindon for a multi-million pound new store.

 

The upmarket brand has taken a 15-year lease for a 59,000 sq ftl unit on Mannington Retail Park with a view to opening a new 'at home' experience, which focuses on furniture, furnishing accessories, electrical and home technology.

 

The west Swindon location is one of only two due due to open later this year - the other being Tunbridge Wells - in a £16 million pound investment.
